Where can I download the Didiyo app?
The Didiyo app is now available for iOS and Android. If you search for “Didiyo” in the app store, you can download the app directly for free.
How do I open a Didiyo account?
Download the free Didiyo app from the iOS or Android app stores. If you search for “Didiyo”, you will see the app straightaway. When you launch the Didiyo app for the first time, you will need to register. To do this, click on “No account? Create an account for free”. Enter your details on the screen and click on “Register”. Next, enter your default delivery address in the “Delivery address” screen. Then choose one of the supermarkets from the list to order online.
Is Didiyo actually a supermarket?
No, Didiyo is an online platform on which you can order and pay for groceries, and get them delivered. Our affiliated supermarkets make use of our platform. This means that you can do your shopping at the supermarket of your choice using the app.
Why do I find mainly Turkish, Surinamese, Moroccan or Polish local shops in the app?
All the large, well-known supermarkets have their own apps. The same applies to large delivery services. What makes Didiyo unique, is that the selection of the affiliated neighbourhood supermarkets is largely made up of authentic ethnic products, which you usually cannot find anywhere else. So if you want something special, Didiyo makes it easy for you!

How can I change my password?
If you are logged in to the Didiyo app, click on . Choose “Account” and then “Change password”. First, enter your current password and then enter your new password. Then click on “Save”.
How do I change my details?
When logged in to the Didiyo app, click on “Account” and then “Personal information”. Now, you can change your first and last name, email address and phone number. Click on ” Save” to save the changes.
Where can I go if I have a question or complaint regarding a product or delivery?
For any questions about a product or delivery, please contact the supermarket from which you ordered.
How can I place an order?
Launch the Didiyo app and choose your favourite supermarket from the list. Scroll through the main and subgroups to see the products from the supermarket. Click “+” to add the product to your shopping basket or “-” to remove it. By clicking on the shopping basket, you can see all the products that you have added. Check your order and click ” Proceed to checkout “. Choose your delivery date and select a delivery time from the list. Add any comments you may have for the supermarket. You can choose a different delivery address under the heading “Delivery address”. Click on the “Proceed to checkout” button once more to pay. You will now be redirected to the Mollie payment screen. After completing your payment, you will receive a message that the order was submitted successfully.
Where can I view my order?
If you are logged in to the Didiyo app, just click on the icon. Then click on “My orders”. You will now be able to see all of your orders. Click on the order to expand it.
How do I make a repeat order?
If you are logged on to the Didiyo app, click on the icon. Then click on “My orders”. You will now be able to see all of your orders. Click “Reorder” to reorder a previous order.
Until what time can I place an order?
The Didiyo app lets you order 24/7. Your order will be processed by the selected supermarket as quickly as possible. You will receive a push notification once your order has been processed.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is determined by the selected supermarket in the Didiyo app. You can see these amounts in the list of supermarkets. Or, click on your favourite supermarket in the list and then click on “i” for more information about delivery fees and opening hours.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your groceries with iDeal or a credit card. The payment is encrypted, so it is completely secure.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying for it?
At the moment, it is not possible to change or cancel an order that has already been placed.
What are the delivery fees?
The delivery fees are determined by the supermarket you do your online shopping with. You can find the delivery fees in the list of supermarkets. The delivery fee is displayed next to the car icon in the list of supermarkets.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are determined by the supermarket you order your groceries from. Most supermarkets keep to a 2-hour time slot. You can choose a time slot when you place your order.
How can I add more delivery addresses?
When you are logged on to the Didiyo app, click on , then click on “Delivery address”. You can change your default delivery address by clicking on it. Then, click on “Add a new delivery address” at the top of the screen to add a new delivery address.
Can I have a one-time delivery to another address?
Yes, you can! If you are logged in, click on . Then, click on “Delivery address”. You can change your default delivery address by clicking on it.
I am going to move house, where can I change my address?
If you are logged in to the Didiyo app, click on , then click on “Delivery address”. You can change your default delivery address by clicking on it. Now you can change your default address.
Who will be delivering my groceries?
The groceries you ordered will be delivered by a staff member of the supermarket from which you ordered them, or by a Didiyo delivery driver. The delivery driver is recognisable by their special Didiyo clothing and drives a Didiyo scooter, Didiyo electric tuk-tuk or a supermarket van.
What time can I expect the delivery driver?
The delivery driver will come by at the time you selected when you placed your order. You will receive an automatic push notification on your mobile phone when the delivery driver is on their way.
