Didiyo Privacy Statement for drivers

This privacy statement applies to the personal data of drivers connected to the Didiyo platform. The controller responsible for processing these personal data is Realapps B.V. from Eindhoven, the Netherlands (hereinafter “Didiyo”).

Which data of drivers do we process and why

Didiyo processes certain personal data from drivers who provide delivery services through our platform.

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Bank details
  • Location
  1. Fraud prevention

We also process some of the above data to prevent fraud and abuse. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for Didiyo’s legitimate interest, which is the prevention of fraud.

How long we keep data

Didiyo will not keep your personal data any longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purpose in question.

  • Didiyo retailers that use the Didiyo platform
  • Software providers
  • Implementation partners
  • Payment platforms

Access, correction and deletion of personal data

You have the right to access, delete or correct any data that we collect about you. If you believe that we are processing your personal data without justification or that we are processing personal data which you think is irrelevant, please contact us via our privacy form. Didiyo will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within two months.

Didiyo takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. If you feel that there has been a misuse of data or a data leak, please contact us at info@realapps.nl.

Personal data of consumers

Didiyo provides certain consumer information (name, address and phone number, order) to you as a driver. As a driver, you have your own responsibility and obligations for the processing of those personal data. Any questions from consumers about personal data, including deletion requests, should be resolved by you.
